Every job ends with the same nine shots, photographed after the clean and before the cleaner leaves: one set for each bedroom and bathroom. They reach your inbox the same day, with a flat-rate invoice. Anything damaged on arrival is photographed too.

What services do you offer?
Short-stay turnovers for Airbnb hosts and property managers, end-of-lease and residential cleans for renters, owners and agents, and commercial cleans for offices, strata and clinics. Every service is flat-rate and finishes with the 9-shot photo audit.
How much does it cost?
Short-stay changeovers start at $210 for a one-bedroom and run to $450 for four bedrooms. End-of-lease cleans start at $340 for a studio unit and run to $690 for a four-bedroom unit, with houses charged at the unit rate plus 15%. Entry and deep cleans are twice the changeover rate, touch-ups are half. Full rates are on our pricing page.
Do you charge GST?
No. Orison is not registered for GST, so nothing is added to the price you are quoted.
How quickly can you turn a property over?
Turnovers are scheduled flexibly around your booking and checkout windows, so the space is guest-ready in time for the next arrival. You choose the slot when you book, and we can work straight off your booking calendar if you prefer. Same-day bookings carry a 20% surcharge.
Do you do end-of-lease and bond cleans?
Yes. We handle end-of-lease and bond cleans as well as general residential cleans, taken to the same standard as our turnovers and finished with the same 9-shot photo audit so you can see exactly what was done.
